Stephanie Russell, RN, BSN, is not only a seasoned nurse with over 20 years in the healthcare field—she’s a changemaker with a mission to reimagine how we care for seniors and how healthcare professionals can reclaim their freedom through business ownership.

After years of working in hospitals and seeing the gaps in care for aging adults, Stephanie founded Concierge Senior Care Management, LLC and Healthcare Inc. to provide families with trusted, personalized support that allows seniors to age in place safely with dignity. But she didn’t stop there.

Recognizing the passion and potential of healthcare professionals around the country, Stephanie launched a Licensee Program designed to help healthcare professionals start and scale their own senior care management businesses—without the guesswork.

Today, her program is helping entrepreneurs across the U.S. step into financial freedom, own their time, and make a real difference in the lives of seniors and their families. Backed by systems, support, and a brand rooted in compassion and trust, her licensees are building careers they love—on their terms.
